Terms & Conditions – FLOW AI CAS (by Thrivers PLT)
1. Overview
By purchasing or using any services, systems, or subscriptions under FLOW AI CAS (“the Service”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. FLOW AI CAS is a product and service operated by Thrivers PLT.
These terms apply to all packages, including Starter, Growth, and any custom or future offerings.
2. Services Provided
FLOW AI CAS provides AI-powered client automation systems, including but not limited to lead capture, chat automation, workflow setup, and business process optimization.
The scope of services varies depending on the selected package (e.g. Starter, Growth, or custom plans) and will be communicated prior to or during purchase.
3. Packages & Fees
FLOW AI CAS offers multiple service tiers, including Starter, Growth, and custom solutions.
Each package may include a one-time setup fee, a recurring subscription fee, or both
Exact pricing, billing structure, and timing (e.g. immediate or delayed subscription start) will be clearly displayed at checkout
All payments are processed securely via Stripe
All fees are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated
4. Subscription & Billing
Recurring subscriptions (if applicable) will be billed automatically on a monthly basis
Subscription billing may begin immediately or after a specified period (e.g. post-setup or onboarding phase)
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle
No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing period
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital systems, setup work, and implementation:
All payments made are non-refundable
Once setup, onboarding, or system access has been initiated, no refunds will be issued
This applies to all packages (Starter, Growth, and custom plans)
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective implementation, you agree to:
Provide accurate information, access, and required materials in a timely manner
Respond to onboarding requests or setup requirements when needed
Use the system in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies
Delays caused by lack of response or required inputs may impact delivery timelines.
7. Results Disclaimer
FLOW AI CAS provides tools and systems designed to improve efficiency and support business growth. However:
Results are not guaranteed
Performance may vary based on industry, implementation, and user effort
We do not guarantee leads, sales, or revenue outcomes
8. Access & Usage
Access to the system is granted only while your subscription is active (if applicable)
FLOW AI CAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms
9. Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, templates, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of FLOW AI CAS (by Thrivers PLT).
You are granted a non-transferable license to use the system for your own business
Reselling, copying, or redistributing any part of the system is prohibited without written permission
10. Limitation of Liability
FLOW AI CAS (by Thrivers PLT) shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Business interruptions, loss of revenue, or data issues
Misuse or misconfiguration of the system by the client
11. Modifications
FLOW AI CAS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
